Gallery
Beaux is pleased to introduce Kuni Fukai whose illustration works had
been appeared in the serial installment of the story, “ Hydrangea
Diary” by Juniich Watanabe in Sankei Newspaper.
His illustration works are known for their gracious drawings. Fukai is
a versatile artist who works not only as an illustrator but also as an
artist in many different fields.
He had been produced original drawings for an animation film called “
Belladonna in Sorrow”.
For his past shows at Gallery Beaux, he presented oil paintings that
depicted musicians in their performance.
For the show in Roof Gallery, he portrayed people in carnivals. The
superb color sensitivity and color balance in his works create the
enchanted world which is uniquely his own. The show had displayed
several oil paintings and 31 watercolor paintings.
Please enjoy these 6 works picked up from past exhibition –Carnival-.
